Are you ready to create impact in the inhouse team of a new collaboration? With the no. 1 digital agency of the Netherlands as their strategic partner, they are about to launch a new brand and platform in Germany, France and Spain. In 2022, they will expand throughout Europe.
Your role
As digital marketing manager, you are responsible for implementing the local marketing strategy in order to achieve business objectives. You have a key role in the development of this ambitious start-up. You will be in charge of optimizing the platform for (new) business models and take the lead in forecasting and performance campaigns. Furthermore, you will:
- Build your in-house team with digital specialists (content, e-commerce, etc);
- Plan and conduct the roadmap, projects and budgets;
- Report towards stakeholders and shareholders;
- Work closely with external partners - digital agency and website development agency
- Determine product strategy;
- Travel to meet with (international) suppliers and partners;
- Have the opportunity to transform this start-up into a scale up.
Who are you?
- Bachelor’s degree or above;
- Proven experience in international e-commerce;
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Ability to translate business objectives into a result driven marketing strategy;
- Management experience;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Digital savvy;
- Fluent English in speaking and writing;
- Speaking French or German is an advantage.
