You are an analytical mind through and through. You thrive in an independent role, are proactive, and know how to translate data insights into valuable actions. You have an opportunity-driven mindset, move easily between tools, data and colleagues, and draw energy from building and refining data models that have a direct impact on customer growth and retention.
In addition, you:
- Hold a degree in Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- Have 2–5 years of experience in a role involving data and/or digital marketing.
- Have extensive knowledge of and experience with GA4.
- Are self-starting, curious, and commercially minded.
- Are fluent in English and reside in the Netherlands or hold a valid Dutch work permit.
- Have experience with SQL and enjoy working in cloud environments such as Google Cloud/BigQuery.
- Are familiar with the customer journey and enjoy collaborating with marketers.

What you'll be doing
As a Data & AI Marketer, you’ll be part of the marketing team. Your focus will be on optimizing customer retention and developing predictive models such as churn analysis and repeat purchase forecasting. You'll work with BigQuery in a Google Cloud environment, using a data warehouse that integrates both first- and third-party data.
You’ll analyze customer behavior, create business cases, and develop proof of concepts for new data-driven marketing initiatives. You’ll enjoy both freedom and responsibility—whether it’s improving customer segmentation or building an AI tool for enriching customer profiles. Your innovative ideas will make the difference.
